If you've always wanted to learn to ride, but never had an opportunity, now's the time! Every Sunday at 1 p.m., Victory Equine Centre in Frederick offers free sample riding lessons. We have helmets, but ask that you wear comfortable pants and closed-toe shoes with a slight heel.
